Kartik Purnima, also kept as Dev Deepawali and Raas Purnima, is the last and brightest evening of the Kartik month. The niyam sewa of the month is completed, the Yamuna ghats are lined with lamps, and the temple courtyard is lit from end to end.

After the evening aarti there is kirtan and prasad for all who have kept the month's sewa, and for everyone else too.
