Sharad Purnima Raas Utsav
The full-moon night of autumn, remembered with raas-leela kirtan and kheer prasad under the open sky.

On Sharad Purnima the moon is said to shine with all sixteen of its kalas, and it was on this night that Shri Krishn danced the maharaas with the gopis of Braj. Devotees sang through the night in the temple courtyard, and kheer kept under the moonlight was offered and distributed as prasad.
The next morning the Kartik niyam sewa began.
